the airport, and Albuquerque's two largest educational institutions--UNM

business districts are almost exactly in the center of PIA 5.

of Highland's business area are Washington to San Mateo, Copper
to Zuni.
The boundaries
of the Nob Hill business district are Girard to Washington, Silver
to Monte Vista/Campus/Copper; it is entirely within the Nob Hill
Sector Development Plan. East of Carlisle has become known as Upper
Nob Hill.
Nob Hill
is immediately east of the UNM campus. Student enrollment at UNM's
main campus was 23,545 for 2000-2001. Average age of UNM students
