Central will be closed to traffic throughout the day and night to celebrate the past and present culture of Historic Route 66 in Albuquerque. This event will make for a great day with the whole family.

Central Avenue will be filled with live music and entertainment, car shows, tours of historic Nob Hill, kids' events, arts, sidewalk sales plus local wine, beer and culinary events.

At 8:30 pm the Show and Shine Car Show will start it’s engines and head west down Old Route 66 in parade fashion through the festival.
